John S. Burke

John is the Founding and Managing Partner at John Sheridan Burke Law, LLC. Licensed to practice law in 1992, he has spent his legal career focused on business and securities litigation. Prior to becoming an attorney, John was a successful stockbroker for a national firm. His experience as a broker provides him with unique and valuable insight in matters of securities fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and other financial frauds.

John has litigated matters before FINRA, NASD, NYSE, and other SRO arbitration panels in addition to traditional trial practice in state and federal courts. In 2000, John was a Founding Partner of Higgins & Burke, P.C. where he represented thousands of investors in complex securities litigation matters for more than 21 years. In 2021, John formed John Sheridan Burke Law, LLC to continue to fight for equity in the financial investment sector
